Cancellation policy for Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer Class.

IF NCCDP CANCELS THE CLASS:

The NCCDP reserves the right to cancel the classes even if you have received a confirmation letter due to in-sufficient enrollment, travel delays due to weather or other conditions, illness, injury, death or any other unforeseen circumstance and will not be held liable for employee's time lost or travel costs. You will be notified 24 hours prior to the start of the class if the class is canceled. Be sure we have all of your contact information on the applications such as; cell phone, emergency contact information, work number, email address for work and personal, etc. If due to travel conditions that are not a fault of the NCCDP we may not be able to get in touch with you until the day of the class. You will than be rescheduled for the next class although it will not be held in the city and state you have preciously selected. If you cannot attend an upcoming class there is a $750.00 cancellation fee. A refund of the remaining balance will be mailed to you within 60 days of the cancellation if paid by check. If it is a credit card, the balance will be a refund through your credit card.

IF YOU CANCEL:

If you cancel the class, it must be in writing and received via certified mail 30 days prior to the start of the class. There is a $750.00 cancellation fee. Once the seminar begins, there are no refunds. We understand that there are special circumstances to the cancellation and we will make every effort to schedule you for the next class which may not be in the city and state that you previously registered. If you paid by check, the refund will be processed and mailed to you within 60 days. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed through your credit card within 60 days of the class.
