Search for a licensed approved CADDCT trainer by First Name, Last Name or by state. When searching by state, please note the list will provide CADDCT trainers who have indicated they are willing to travel to that state to present the NCCDP ADDC Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care seminar.
The NCCDP CADDCT® registry is listed by last name. If their name appears, the member is in good standing. No other information will be provided.

Human Resources:The NCCDP will not confirm or verify individual membership’s certification status. Please ask your employee or applicant to provide the certification document that shows they are current with their certification. If they are in good standing, their name will be posted in the registry. If this is a brand-new certification and you do not see their name, please ask the applicant or employee to contact NCCDP.
